Collaborator – Legal Expert
Marie-Laurence Hébert-Dolbec holds a PhD in law from the Université libre de Bruxelles (2021). Her dissertation focused on the place of victims in international criminal justice.
She also holds a bachelor’s degree in law (LL.B.) and a master’s degree in international law (LL.M.) from the Université du Québec à Montréal.
In addition to her work with Juscogens, Marie-Laurence is a lecturer at the Université libre de Bruxelles and the Université catholique de Lille.
She is a member of the association Fem&L.A.W. since 2018.
